O quarto era no terceiro andar, e tivemos um probleminha de saúde para subir as escadas toda pra sair e chegar. Tentamos trocar de quarto, mas devido a logística operacional de ocupação não houve êxito na troca.

Localização muito boa, fica próximo a Ducha de Prata e a uma boa distância do Capivari, o lugar é lindo com muito verde, ótimo estacionamento com muitas vagas, quarto que eu fiquei é pequeno, mas confortável, mas uma vista linda, tudo organizado e limpo, café da manhã com muitas opções, recomendo!!!
Se houve tudo que o vizinho do quarto fala a noite, inclusive o ronco rs, isso incomodou um pouco no quarto que eu fiquei, de resto tudo certo.

café da manhã estava bom. equipe prestativa para atender os hospedes.
os ambientes são escuros, pouca iluminação nos corredores, sem ventilação que os deixam com cheiro de mofo mas madeiras que reveste paredes e piso. a manutenção deixa a desejar, pisos de tacos sendo completados com cimento, banheiro sem revestimento nas paredes. em fim, os quartos principalmente, necessitam de uma reforma.
