We had a really nice stay here. The whole family loved the pool and spa, and the pool heat was definitely worth it. The pool was clean, seemed well maintained, and the pool toys were a nice bonus that everyone enjoyed.The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood away from the main road, which made it feel peaceful. Check-in and check-out were easy, parking was simple, and the layout worked well for our family. There were plenty of towels and linens, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like the hair dryers and box fans.The kitchen had plenty of supplies for what we needed, the Wi-Fi worked well, and we had no issues with the HVAC or hot water. The host was also very responsive anytime we had a question.It is on the western side of the Orlando area, so places like SeaWorld and Universal were a bit of a drive, but that was clearly advertised and not a surprise. Overall, this was a great place for a family trip centered around the parks. Highly recommended!

Hot tub did take a long time to heat up. Cleaning service could have done a better job of vacuuming home. Other than these 2 items, our stay was great.

The house and neighborhood were good. Food and groceries weren't far. The overall house space was great! All 6 of us had enough space - all 4 kids had their own room, and we had plenty of bathrooms. Pool was great! It took about 45 minutes to heat up the hot tub, so plan ahead if you want to get in, and we had to guess at how to turn it on since there weren't any directions. Paper products, TP and paper towels, were limited. Beds were comfortable, AC worked.Our biggest complaint was a lack of hot water for showers. There were beds for 13, but the third person who showered after we got home from Universal got a cold shower. Not cool, but COLD. We couldn't all shower the same night because of the lack of hot water. It was unfortunate after a long day at the parks or in the pool.
