Location, clean and clear instructions for entry, friendly staff
Not that serious but there was no TV remote and when we tried changing the channel manually it didn’t work. So we stuff on one channel but luckily we had iPads 😬

very clean room and comfortable. coffee and tea available in the room. clear check-in instructions
the mini fridge was not refrigritating. Triple deluxe room contains a double bed and a simple bed, not two simple beds

Professional and warm welcome with clear instructions to access the hotel and room. Authentic architecture and cosy decor. The breakfast was very good, varied and healthy.

Brilliant location, and very easy to find … room was lovely and comfortable
Remote / self serve check in … keys left on a table even during normal hours which I have never had before, worked ok Breakfast was very basic even for a continental style Mix up on bill which I’m still waiting for a refund on ….
