Lovely bright sunny apartment, in a brilliant location close to beach, town and tram stops. Spacious balcony with sun shutters and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed two weeks and would definately return if back in La Vila, the host Pedro lovely friendly welcoming guy, and nothing was a problem to him when you ask, over all a 10/10 experience😁

Our third year staying at this apartment. It's located within easy walking to the centre of Villa and also to the beach, supermarket, tram station. The apartment is well equipped. It's bright and has a lovely balcony in a quiet residential area (with private parking), but you don't need a car as the tram and bus service is very good. Pedro is an excellent host and looked after us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked for next year.

Pedro was excellent at answering enquiries quickly and was there to meet me when i arrived at 10.00pm. Had a lovely stay with no issues during the 4 weeks i was there and would definately stay again. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the beach front is perfect. If you are after more lively entertainment you can get the tram to benidorm in about 20 minutes. The apartment is very clean and lovely views from the balcony.

So as per other comments I can agree that the neighbours can be noisy but that is no fault of the host. And it is Spain sometimes the buildings can have thin walls. However overall Pedro is an amazing host very attentive and replies quickly. Apartment is equipt with everything you need for cooking etc and they even have chairs and a cooking container for when you go to the beach and an umbrella so you don’t need to buy one. And it is so close to the beach also which is very convenient, we would love to stay again in the future

The apartment has a large balcony which is great for relaxing and eating. The property is well equipped with full oven and washer, even down to the beach chairs, sun parasol and cool box. Very well situated for accessing the town centre including the old town, beach, supermarkets and tram station. Would fully recommend.

The apartment itself is very lovely. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, two beach chairs, and even a bag for shopping. Pedro meet us at a tram station and helped with the luggage. I wish we could stay longer.

It all started with a text off pedro while we was on the tram coming from the airport when will you arrive and there he was to meet us and take us to the apartment .The apartment was spotless it had everything you needed even down to chairs for the beach . For anyone considering this holiday let do not hesitate to book. The apartment is immaculate and has absolutely everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Situated within a short walking distance of a beautiful beach there are plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices. I cannot speak highly enough of our lovely host Pedro and his wife who really went the extra mile for us. If I could award them ten stars I would!

Spotlessly clean, sunny apartment with everything you need. Shops and bars etc are nearby in the town and more restaurants and bars down some steps on the beach road. Benidorm is a tram ride away if you want to enjoy a more lively night out. Pedro and his lovely wife are excellent hosts and always happy to help. I would definitely love to come back.

El apartamento súper limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todo lo necesario en cocina y en la habitación. Teníamos hasta agua y leche en la nevera, cortesía del dueño. Todo un hecho. Pudimos hacer haya café. Muchas gracias por todo. Tuvimos unos días súper cómodos y la playa está a unos pasos. De hecho veíamos la playa desde el balcón. Hoy día, todo un lujo. Recomendado 100%

Pedro et Paqui sont des gens adorables et serviables. Leur appartement est pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. J'ai reçu de bons conseil pour le choix d'un restaurant afin de déguster une spécialité : la zarzuela, soirée au au-delà de mes espérances pour un diner en tête à tête, La plage à 5 mn à pieds.
