There is a lack of English knowledge among the key staff. Had to rely on internet translations. Finally received a menu in English. Hard to get directions.

Nice swimming pool and decent breakfast.
No under blanket on the bed which I found to be quite gross.
Room keys continually had to be reprogrammed. Reception staff were helpful but mostly didn’t appear to be trained on the system.
