We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was wonderful, however there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the pool was dirty. There were some damages already to the house that we didn't do but that still didn't take away from the beauty of the house and our enjoyment. This was our first full family vacation and this was the house that we chose and we couldn't all agree more that the house was absolutely the best thing that we could have done. The elevator came in handy with my mom being handicapped. The house was so spacious that we weren't feeling like we were on top of each other. Overall or stay here was great! We would definitely stay here again. Also the location to the beach was very nice.

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of restauants, shops, beaches and a quick, easy walk to the free island trolley! We were a family of 11, adults and kids, and had plenty of room. The rooftop deck offered amazing sunrises and sunsets and the bedroom balconies have beautiful views. We had a great time.The property needs some attention, though. Providing a broom at an island getaway would go a long way, as people are constantly coming off of the beach. The pool/spa heater wasn't working. Someone came to look at it and said we could have the pool heated or the spa, but not both, as it was broken. We chose the pool so the kids could have fun and were told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever showed. That was on day 2 of 7. We never even got to use the spa. We were also told they service the pool twice a week. Someone called to say they'd be there one afternoon. Again, no one ever came. Additionally, the furniture in the main living space is incredibly dirty and stained. Thankfully the weather was amazing and we got to spend a lot of time at the beach. We didnt know what we'd get mid-December.Having a garbage and refrigerator on the patio or lower level is needed. It was hard to grill out on the patio when the kitchen is on the third floor and you have to haul everything back and forth. Of course, we also understand we were there shortly after the island opened back up from the hurricanes, so it's possible they may have been there before.

Great house, enough space for each person to have their own space! The private balcony out of the rooms are amazing, as well as the roof top deck! Great house for a large group. We had to fill the hot tub up a couple time because it was draining (not sure where it drained), but was still nice. Water slide is a lot of fun too!

The pool/slide was not functional and filthy which was the main reason we chose this place. Also the hot tub was non functional and filthy. I called AMI the day prior to checking in and was reassured that the pool was heated AND and it was NOT!The house was wonderful but bedding was not provided for sleeping 16 people . (Advertised to sleep 18). Will rate the service a 3 and would like to be compensated for lack of pool access. Thank you and hope to hear back from you soon.
