Beautiful house. Amazing views. Gorgeous beach.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, more bath towels/wash cloths/bath mats/kitchen towels would be great. Also, I’m sure the travertine floors are hard to get clean as they are porous and the house is literally on the beach…everything else was clean. We had an amazing time and would stay at this property again. The location cannot be beat! The host was very communicative although we didn’t need their assistance. Check-out was super easy and that was appreciated as some properties have a long list to complete before you leave. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels.

We had three families coming in from three locations to stay together. Two flew into Tampa which was much more of a drive than those of us who flew into Sarasota.
Great location, right in the middle of everything. Trolley was at the bottom of the driveway. The front bedrooms could hear some of the street noise as a result. Circle K and delicious restaurant across the street.
The house was incredible. Elevator was great for the 76 year old who even got to go visit the 3rd floor. Back wall of windows faced the ocean and the sunsets were the highlight every night. Some auto blinds would be a nice touch for an upgrade. Great deck to enjoy the view. We had little ones with us and there were all kinds of gates that helped give us confidence no one was getting into the pool or beach without adult supervision. Bedrooms were spacious and we definitely had enough room.
The kitchen was well equipped. Tons of plates, silverware, cups. However, there was one kitchen hand towel, no oven mitts. Not a spice in sight, so be ready to provide all of the essentials yourself including coffee filters, salt and pepper. Not surprising for a professional management company, but can be frustrating.
The beach was incredible. The pictures make it look like a longer walk than it actually is. There are beach chairs in the garage and a few sand toys in an outside bin which was great. The pool was beautiful and was shaded through noon which was ideal.
Overall, incredible stay, we would highly recommend.

House location is wonderful. House needs improvement. Have the worst mattress i ever slept. Not enough towels for big groups / no beach umbrella / no refrigerator in the outdoor area / outdoor area floads all the time and we have to remove 2 inch of water with a Brum. We had the pool dirty the entire stay ( toke 5 days to then fix the pool pump ). Elevator not work. Kitchen not well equipped. The cleaning company needs to learning how to clean a house
For the price we paid I expected much more.
