Great location and very nice hotel.
In general very nice, up market, very clean, comfortable stay and convenient with a good location. I think they can do a bit more by the pool section, an upgrade with maybe a better pool and service. Besides that the rest was great, staff were nice and friendly

This is arguably the best hotel in Ipanema/Arpoador. The location right by the promenade is perfect. Moreover, the staff went the extra mile to help me arrange the delivery of a birthday cake to the hotel—they were consistently accommodating and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast included with the room rate is outstanding.

Lovely stay in a fantastic location in Rio.
I loved the location on the beach with no road in between the hotel and the beach. Breakfast and other meals were excellent quality. Staff was very nice and as efficient as possible for our large group of 35.
A little worn out but totally acceptable. Many guests just coming for the restaurant was a little overwhelming.

Great location, the beach is the best spot in Ipanema - quiet , relaxing, not crowded. Hotel is top notch in service and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is 10/10

It was ok, mostly because of location and aropador beach

Noise during the night, stinky and toxic chemicals they use to clean the rooms - the smell after cleaning service is unbearable.

Disappointing
Location, good breakfast
Cash went missing from our room during housekeeping on the first morning of our stay. We reported it to the hotel immediately and opened a police case. Despite remaining at the hotel for three additional days, senior management never met or spoke with us, and all communication was limited to WhatsApp. The handling of this incident was extremely disappointing. We strongly advise future guests not to leave cash or valuables in their room.
