About this farm stay rental

❖ Welcome to our villa ! ❖

Here you'll find the best conditions for a warm, quiet and pleasant retreat: an exceptional hilltop location with a beautiful view over the rolling countryside, surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees and olive groves that thrive in a microclimate that offers 300 days of sunshine a year.

The 350m² villa comprises a beautiful main house dating from the 17th century and a former sheepfold converted into an independent guest house.

Details of the property are as follows:

★ A large SWIMMING POOL ★
- 11x5 m pool, up to 2.60 m deep, with immersion alarm.
- Please note that a professional cleaner comes once a week to clean the pool.

★ Huge GARDEN ★
9000m² of unfenced land with olive trees, fruit trees (cherry, peach, apricot, almond, plum, fig, etc.).
Garden furniture, outdoor dining table, barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, pool house.

★ The HOUSE ★
▪︎ 7 double bedrooms:
Each has a double bed (160cm X 200cm) and is equipped with a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and lamps, and a wardrobe. You'll find a blanket and comforter inside.

▪︎ Fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso, American fridge and freezer, small appliances to cook whatever you need or want.

▪︎ Dining room:
40m² dining room with a beautiful 5-metre wooden table and fireplace.

▪︎ Living room:
40m² living room with a large balcony offering unobstructed views of the surrounding hills.

▪︎ Bathrooms/toilets:
3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with toilets.
4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with toilets; one is equipped with a bathtub, the other with a shower.
An additional toilet is available in the family room on the first floor.
A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.
Towel sets are available in the large wardrobe in the living room.
