Seven Seas Jomtien Dream

I rented three apartments, all of them were clean and well-maintained. The host responds quickly and promptly resolves any issues.

In one of the apartments the shower head was broken, the remotes for several air conditioners did not work, and the mattresses are quite firm.

Удобная планировка: отдельная спальня, есть кухня. Выход в бассейн с балкона отдельное удовольствие, особенно с ребенком. Никуда не надо идти мокрыми ногами. По расположению недалеко от пляжа, идти минут 15, чуть дальше до Биг Джомтьен маркет, много массажных лавчонок, 7/11 в самом комплексе и рядом еще один чуть больше. Есть горки, детям точно понравится, но и взрослые тоже катались с удовольствием. Рядом океанариум, большой магазин Макро, tiger park. Для любителей Джомтьена достойный выбор.

Были мелкие недочеты в виде негоревших и мигающих лампочек и запаха несвежей воды из слива стиральной машинки на балконе. Все устранили в ближайшие два дня. Холодный бассейн. Совсем не прогревается.

Unit was spacious and clean. Location OK all over good value for money BUT see what I didn't like.

Check in instructions were hazy and the key bearer eventually turned up one hour late. The apartment block, there being 9 blocks, was not specified until very late. We eventually picked up the keys and paid a THB3000 deposit which was not mentioned previously. The deposit was returned when the representative who could not speak English arrived late to pick up the keys. She was pleasant but seemed overworked. Everything else was good. Contact details were very POOR.
