The location is great, close to Jomtien beach in walking distance. Safe and there is a convenience store in the area. Full of facilities in the unit (washing machine, kitchen, hair dryer, toaster, electric kettle, fan, dehumidifier, TV, internet. The owner is very very nice, easy to reach with prompt response by DM, and willing to help all
with your stay.
The parking slot is limited, particularly if the arrival is late at night. Although smoking is not allowed inside the buildings, there is a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, which sometimes leaks into the room. Mosquitoes are also bothersome because the room is on the lower floors.
