Hele fijne locatie alles op loopafstand. Het zit in een gebouw met lokale bewoners en je krijg er de lokale sfeer goed mee. De communicatie met de eigenaar was erg prettig

This was a very solid choice for a relaxing home base on a weeklong stay. Comfortable, nicely arranged, and a great location. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars within a short walk (I love Calle Feria and the Alameda), and plenty close to the main sights of Sevilla but in a more homey neighborhood so you’re not surrounded by other tourists at all times. Didn’t have any issues with street noise but we were out late at Feria de Abril most nights so hard to say for sure! The shower was lovely, good climate control, comfy bed…didn’t end up using the kitchen but it was nice to have the option. Definitely recommend.

Es tal y cómo en las fotos, y aunque no pudimos disfrutar mucho porque teníamos un concierto y solo fue una noche, y a la mañana siguiente nos fuimos muy temprano, el apartamento era precioso y estaba muy bien ubicado. El personal muy agradable, no hay una recepción, pero hablamos por mensaje y todo muy bien.
Solo puedo decir que la cama no era nada cómoda y las almohadas mucho menos, así que no dormimos muy bien. Lo demás todo bien.
