Wikkelboats at Wijnhaven

We like the facilities and it's very family friendly. My family enjoyed staying in the wikkelboat especially the jacuzzi, my father and daughter had enjoyed bathing even if it was raining.

It was just uncomfortable when a man used the jacuzzi without permission, he was only supposed to use the wellness area but gone to the side of our boat and use the jacuzzi. I've called and reported it and the man I've talked to in the phone was kind and polite enough. Overall our stay was good and it just happened only once.

We thought we had booked the Wikkelboats at Rinjhaven - it wasn’t clear from the original booking page that there are 2 locations Wijnhaven and Rijnhaven and most of the photos are of Rijnhaven which is also on Google, which is where we arrived first.

The location was great and the idea was great.

The coffie machine was not working ( the water holder was dirty with algae). The dishes was still in the dishwasher and not in the kitchen cupboards. If i pay for accommodation i dont want to come and pack dishes away i dont mind cleaning after myself. But a cleaning fee is charged and it seems like they leave the dishwasher with all the cutlery inside as an normal. There was alot of tech stuff like blue tooth speaker and other sound equipment but it did not work of battery was flat with no charger. The linen was clean but the pillows is at the end of its life very flat and no support. Please add a small broom because i could not sweep the floor. There was so many different emails and meesages with instructions i did not know what to do and which message to follow. Some did not even make sence.
