I booked this place for my partner's birthday to spend some relaxing time alone since he is so fond of the Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. All the essentials were there. Dish washer, towels, couple bath robes, crockery, iron, blow dry, projector, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, teas, fridge and much more. It exceeded my expectations. Such a good space for couples. And the place is in the centrum. So everything is in walking distance. Me and my partner loved all the arrangements. Everything was so neat and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi setting. Had a very good customer service. Worth the price.

Just two things which can make the stay more convenient. The comforter was too small for a couple. There should be a big one or two smalls. And another thing was expensive parking.

Exceptional

The location is excellent with lots of outdoor seating for lounging and watching the boats go past. And what is not to love about having your own hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is great for early breakfasts when you want to get on your way.

The bathroom window needs to be completely frosted.

Perfect setting, perfect ambiance, one to remember!

Well, I searched for 5 seperate rooms.. so 5 seperate beds. And booking proposed this option. Ok for family and friends, but for colleagues spleeping in the same bed.. not so pleasent. We had to anticipate with the couch, so then for that person price/quality not so great you know

Way beyond what we expected. Definitely felt like we got great value.

Everything exceeded our expectations. My daughter loved it so much she would move in full time of she could. The accommodations, location, and amenities were all fantastic. The staff was by far the best part of the visit. Would definitely recommend!

Confused and not so impressed.

The location was great and the idea was great.

The coffie machine was not working ( the water holder was dirty with algae). The dishes was still in the dishwasher and not in the kitchen cupboards. If i pay for accommodation i dont want to come and pack dishes away i dont mind cleaning after myself. But a cleaning fee is charged and it seems like they leave the dishwasher with all the cutlery inside as an normal. There was alot of tech stuff like blue tooth speaker and other sound equipment but it did not work of battery was flat with no charger. The linen was clean but the pillows is at the end of its life very flat and no support. Please add a small broom because i could not sweep the floor. There was so many different emails and meesages with instructions i did not know what to do and which message to follow. Some did not even make sence.

It is centrally located, it’s accessible from Rotterdam Blaak. It’s a great experience, we enjoyed the boat house very much. The house is complete and everything you need is already provided.

Luxurious tiny house in the heart of Rotterdam

The beamer to watch movies, coffee maker and generally the mixture of an efficient tiny house and a luxury home. Wikkelboats is an excellent concept. Amazing floorplan, lots of room. Great location, close to market hall and old harbor. Very comfortable beds.

We never saw a living human being. Everything was digitalized and not always easy to operate. The Jacuzzi frequently had errors. There were full ashtrays and empty beer cans on our deck.

Fab stay in unique accommodation :)

Great accommodation and concept! We all really enjoyed out night on the Wikkelboat. The amenities were great, it was easy to find, the communication was fantastic and it was a very comfortable stay for the 3 of us.

The only feedback I would give is that the smart home tech felt a little disjointed and not so easy to use.

not as good as expected

The tiny house is very cute and well equipped. Very close to the market hall and railway station. The staff were kind and tried to help every time when things went wrong.

I do have to say I was a bit disappointed. The Jacuzzi gave an error message every 5 min... The wifi didn't work, and after we reset the wifi the mini tv cannot be connected anymore... And the projector has crazily high volume but can only be adjusted by a non-existing remote control... I was really looking forward to a relaxing holiday...

On était déçus que le jaccuzi soit à l'arrière, compte-tenu des photos sur internet nous pensions qu'il se trouverait devant. Nous vous suggérons vivement d'intimiser l'espace, car cela a pu être gênant de se baigner en ayant l'impression d'être en pleine rue lorsque l'eau du canal est haute. De plus, la lampe intelligente Philipps est hantée (en vrai, on n'a pas su l'utiliser correctement et elle s'allumait et s'éteignait toute seule. On a bien ri avec ça mais c'était un peu ennuyant).
