Location! Location! Location! This apartment sits right on the coast with incredible views. The waves are spectacular, there are beautiful rock formations in the view, and you have a sitting area to eat, a sitting area with comfortable chairs to look out, plus hammocks in another area. We absolutely loved it here! It's not luxury accommodations, but the location makes up by far for any small issues. And the property manager Susan was absolutely great--so nice, helpful and accommodating.
Small point, but they charge a credit card fee of about 3.5% which I didn't notice in the listing on Booking. (For reference, we stayed in a place near Roseau for Carnival the days after we left Calibishie which we also reserved through Booking, and they had no credit card fee.)

Rainbow Beach Apt offers a good location with lots of room. The ac in the bedroom worked well, and the bed was comfortable.
The restaurant and bar can get loud, especially on karaoke night. The tiny mosquitos and noseeums were a nuisance. The lighting is not very bright

Window Screens, bedroom AC, 3 large covered balconies on the sea.
Loud partying until 2-4am with incredibly loud music. But Dominicans love their music, so when in Rome.....

Our hosts were welcoming and found time to explain the use of facilities in the apartment. The apartment was in a great location with the sea view was stunning and shops in walking distance. There is a restaurant on site serving great food.
