About this house rental
Our guests have agreed that our family friendly home has a million dollar ocean view where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and rainbows. Free local phone calls. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and is equipped with 120 and 220 volts, hot water, air condition, washer, gas stove, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, internet, wifi, cable tv, It is a 10 minute drive to the city and is walking distance to public transportation, supermarket, Alldive water sports and hiking. The neighbours are very helpful and friendly.
The house has air condition which may not be needed because of the cool mountain and sea breeze.
The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The WIFI is very strong. There are televisions in the living room and master bedroom.

Very responsive and generous hosts. Appreciated arriving to find bottled water, fruit and a holiday fruit cake for us to enjoy after a long day of travel. Comfortable and spacious home with a beautiful view of ocean. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Even before arriving, Leonard was incredibly helpful by answering all our questions about the property's location and its accessibility to transportation and shops. It is a short walk to public transport and the supermarket. We didn't rent a vehicle and had no difficulty accessing transportation. The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Friendly neighbors and even friendlier roosters at 5:30 in the morning :). It was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I can't say enough about Leonard, who was proactive with communication and quick with his responses. You won't be disappointed!!!

The property was clean and secure. The view on the 2nd floor was absolutely beautiful. We had all the basic amenities in the house and everything was in working order. Our host was easy to communicate with and the neighbors were nice too.

Want to watch sunsets and rainbows over the Caribbean from your back porch? Want to experience a spacious home in a friendly Dominican neighborhood? This property is a great choice! The host is a great communicator and very helpful. Thanks to him, we got a good deal on a rental car. He also helped us with restaurant and grocery store information.
