Overall, it is a nice apartment if you are travelling by car
It is a bit more run down than expected (e.g. the frying pan is so old that it is not really usable). There are also no bins for recycling. The surrounding area is not so nice

Cozy, clean, tidy apartment. Overlooking the green garden. Convenient settlement format.
The Bolt taxi system can't find this address and takes you to the wrong point on the street. This is not an apartment problem, but a taxi. But it is better to indicate the address more carefully and check on the Google map.

Nice windows
We had to make up all beds on your own. With two kids arriving late in the evening it was quite a hustle.
