Apartment of 25 m2 renovated with terrace and landscaped garden of 50m2, sunny and quiet in a luxury residence. Parking in the residence, my home is located near the town hall in the heart of all shops.

The apartment is near the train station Deauville - Trouville (10 min walk) and 5 minutes from Deauville by the tray.

The apartment is so well placed for cafes, restaurants, bars and the beach. All within a very easy walk.
Great to have secure parking and a great bonus having a private and delightful garden right in the heart of the town.
Wonderful host too.
