The house is located in the town of Abades, in the Municipal District of Arico, in the south of Tenerife. It is a very quiet area, ideal for a beach holiday, sun and rest.
It offers the opportunity, due to its location, to visit the rest of the island with ease.
The urbanization has sports facilities, diving courses, beach, supermarket, bars and walks.
The house is distributed over two floors - ground floor (60 m²) consists of a living / dining room and kitchenette, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The upper floor (40 m²) consists of a large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and spa bath and separate WC.
Large garden with space for sunbathing, outdoor shower and meals.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, as well as pets.
It has a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir hatten schon mehrere Häuser in Abades kennengelernt, und dieses war ganz sicherlich das schönste davon. Nicht nur innen im Haus, sonder auch die Aussenanlage war sehr schön und einladend ausgeführt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Abades ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort zum Erholen, ohne große Hotels oder Touristenrummel, aber ein netter kleiner Strand, mehrere Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in Reichweite. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, gut ausgestattet und mit eigenem Garten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen hoffentlich bald einmal wieder. Wir haben zu dritt im Mai 2016 zwei schöne Wochen auf Teneriffa im Abades Sun House verbracht. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und wir haben uns dort im großen und ganzen wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt aber ein paar Dinge zu beachten: in der Beschreibung steht, dass das Haus sehr ruhig ist. Das trifft nur zu, wenn man im Haus ist. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzt oder sich sonnen will, trifft das nicht zu. Das Haus liegt im oberen Teil von Abades genau an der Gabelung der beiden Hauptstraßen , die in den Ort führen. Es gibt daher ziemlich regelmäßig Autoverkehr, den man deutlich hört und sieht, wenn man vor dem Haus sitzt oder liegt. Das haben wir daher auch nicht gemacht. Das Haus liegt leider nicht an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße wie in einer anderen Bewertung zu lesen ist. Die Autobahn, die in etwas Entfernung vorbeigeht, nimmt man tagsüber nicht wahr. Nachts allerdings hört man diese bei geöffneten Fenstern schon. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist fast komplett, nur im oberen Badezimmer fehlt am Waschbecken eine Ablagefläche und im unteren Schlafzimmer ein Kleiderschrank. Das Wifi hat sehr gut funktioniert, auch das Fernsehen mit Satelliten-TV.
Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub, das Haus entsprach aber nicht unseren Erwartungen, da nicht so ruhig liegt, wie es beschrieben ist.
