Sleeping up to 5 guests, it is a comfortable choice for families looking to combine outdoor living, relaxation and useful on-site facilities.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second has two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom accessed separately. Between the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath, providing added convenience when travelling together. The living room has a spacious sofa bed.
The open-plan living and dining area flows into the kitchen and connects directly with the outdoor space. The private terraces total 61 m², with an awning and outdoor furniture on one of them, providing a pleasant setting for breakfast, family meals and relaxed time outside.
Within the residential complex, guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool open throughout the year from 09:00 to 22:00, with 20 shared sun loungers. There is also a communal gym, providing an additional option for staying active without leaving the complex.
