We spent a week in this beautiful house which is very well equipped, quiet and perfectly located to explore large parts of the Ardeche. There‘s a tiny footpath right next to the house that brings you in 15 minutes to the stunning village of Labeaume where you can find a few shops and Restaurants.The only sad thing is that we couldn‘t stay longer.

Property exactly as described in an excellent location for getting to all the main tourist sites but away from all the crowds in a peaceful location. Children loved swimming in the river (access down a quiet lane) and we loved sitting in the shady terraces and listening to the birds. Host very communicative and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is large and interesting, set in its own gardens. Each room has its own charm (the large wooden table in the kitchen, the amazing garden view from the back room). The view from the front verandah is lovely - we spent most of our time in the house there. The bedrooms are very comfortable (with mosquito nets) and the bathrooms very good. The kitchen is very well equipped. Florence and Alain were incredibly helpful, even leaving us an emergency breakfast when our arrival was delayed. The area is wonderful to explore, with trails down to the river straight from the house. We spent most afternoons swimming there. It is much quieter than around Vallon Pont D'Arc. A wonderful place that we didn't want to leave!

Well maintained house in great location c15/20 mins walk from picturesque village and lovely river swimming spot. House is very well equipped with a variety of outdoor and indoor areas. Hosts were very helpful and not at all intrusive. A quiet spot with a variety of walks directly from the house. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ardeche (2 Wochen Pfingstferien) mit unseren Jungs. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum. Jeden Tag wurde eine kleine Wandertour gemacht und in einem anderen Fluss gebadet. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet - wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht. Es gibt viele Mücken, aber es wurden Netze über den Betten bereitgestellt. Das nötigste kann man im Ort Labeaume täglich einkaufen - Supermarkt ist mit PKW leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber!

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlch aufgenommen. Das Hauses ist traumhaft schön, liegt sehr ruhig inmitten von Garrigue und Eichenwäldchen. Das Dorf und die Beaume sind über einen sehr angenehmen Weg in 15-20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ein hervorragender Standort um allen möglichen Aktivitäten in der Ardeche nachzugehen um sich dann wieder in die Ruhe zurückzuziehen. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

we had a wonderful time in Florence´s ands Alain´s charming stone house. It is well equipped, decorated with good taste and located fantastique! The neighbours are nice and wellcoming, the birds sing their song. Alain & Florence are super nice and discreet, gave us great tips and told us interesting details about the area. We would defenitly love to come back :)

We had a very nice holiday in the house from Alain and Florence. The contact with them was very nice. The house is situated in a lovely countryside, well furnished and offers all you need to relax and to have a beautiful time. We are confident to come back and to recommend. As discribed the beautiful Labeaume as well as the riverside of the La Beaum is roughly 20 min away at a walking distance.

très bon séjour dans ce joli gîte, super bien placé car on peut sillonner sans faire trop de voiture et aller à plein de points d'intérêt. l'isolation du gite est parfaite ce qui est top avec des enfants en bas âge. la literie est au top. le gite est entouré d'autres maisons sans en être trop près, c'est rassurant et sympa d'avoir du monde autour. la nature alentour est incroyable.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Florence und Alain sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns gute Tipps gegeben haben und immer erreichbar waren. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt fußläufig knapp 20 min vom Dorfkern entfernt, wo man morgens sein Baguette und Croissants kaufen kann. Auch der Fluß, in dem man schön schwimmen kann, ist in 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Umgebung hat mir ihren zahlreichen schönen Dörfern, Märkten und Aktivitäten (Wandern, Kanu fahren, ...) sehr viel zu bieten. So haben wir besonders die Erkundung der Umgebung mit unsere E-Bikes sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

VermieterIn sind sehr nett, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Sie geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, zu örtlichen Gegebenheiten und sind immer schnell zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Leider etwas in die Jahren gekommen und es gibt nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimanlage und durch die Moskitonetze sind kleine Stechmücken hindurchgekommen, so dass wir sehr verstochen wurden. Die Waschmaschine ist ein Toploader, der (vielleicht auch aufgrund unserer schlechten Französischkenntnissen) nicht richtig funktionierte. Der mobile Holzkohlegrill ist ok, aber nur bei absolut Windstille zu nutzen, da sonst Brandgefahr besteht. Und eigentlich windet es fast immer. Wir bekamen von Florence einen Parkausweis, der es uns ermöglichte direkt in Labeaume umsonst zu parken. Sehr gut, wenn man mit Kleinkind nicht immer den steilen Weg laufen will. Das Haus ist sicherlich für etwas ältere Kindern super geeignet, da für ein Kleinkind, das gerade laufen lernt, einige Gefahrenstellen (Steckdosen, scharfe Kanten der Terrassenbegrenzung/Steinwänden, Treppen) vorhanden sind. Die Gegend und die nähere Umgebung des Hauses lädt zur Erkundung ein und ist noch teilweise naturbelassen. Im großen und ganzen werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen, wenn der Kleine etwas größer und sichere ist. Danke an Florence und Alban für die schöne Zeit und das freundliche und zuvorkommende Verhalten!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man kann zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten den Fluss erreichen. Wunderschöne Ort sind per Auto rundherum in ca. 15 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Bett im Erdgeschoss war supergemütlich. Je nach Wetterlage haben wir mal auf der einen und mal auf der anderen Terrasse gesessen. Die dritte Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Es war toll.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einem wahren Traumhaus verbracht: die Lage in der kargen Landschaft und Ruhe, Ausstattung, liebevolle und individuelle Einrichtung mit einer Mischung aus moderenen und antiken Möbeln, die 3 verschiedenen Terrassen und der Kontakt mit Florence und Alan haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen - sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus entsprach genau unserer Vorstellung aus dem Internet und ist sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wurden sogar Handtücher bereit gestellt, obwohl dies nicht angegeben war. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen wunderschönen und gelungenen Urlaub. Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen wären sehr praktisch.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Familie mit 12- und 14-jährigem Kind sehr genossen. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, auch im März dank Holzofen und Fußbodenheizung schön warm, direkt vor der Tür konnten wir zu Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren starten... und auch zur Ardèche war es nicht weit. Rundum zu empfehlen, wenn man Erholung mit Sport haben möchte!
