$300 security deposit hold required
Guest responsible for securing the condo and its contents
No pets, smoking, events, loud music, golf carts, trailers, or motorcycles
Maximum 2 parking passes

Great stay. Well equipped kitchen, living and bedrooms very comfortable. View was awesome. Loved the sound of the waves breaking when sitting on the balcony.

The host was thorough in providing information about our stay. The unit was clean and had plenty of extra supplies—trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The convenience from parking to the unit was a bonus.

This place exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean! It has all the comforts of home. Plenty of furniture. Decorated so nicely. The kitchen had every pot, pan, casserole dish, etc. that made cooking our meals a breeze. The beds are so comfortable. My only request for improvement would be to have 2 dish towels and a washcloth for the kitchen. The balcony was my favorite place. And having a second refrigerator was the icing on the cake. We used it for all of beverages and used the other for food. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks Scott for hosting us. We had a great week!
