Large house with carriage house, 4 king bed ensuites and 2 bunk rooms. The pool was amazing as was the screen porch. The beds were very comfortable and we had lots of soft, thick towels. The kitchen had high end appliances. The outdoor showers and outdoor bathroom were really great. The covered outdoor kitchen was put to good use. The house was less than a block to the beach. The pool at night is beautiful and the deck in the carriage house offers great views.

Visited with family friends and the house was perfect! The color palate is serene and the floor plan layout was perfect for families vacationing together. Enjoy!

Our experience was a bit bumpy at Tidey Whitey. We had several issues which I will quickly outline here and we were not completely satisfied with the management's response.
-arrived to a broken dryer - staff told us to not use it, and rudely suggested they had enough towels provided for the entire week (2 towels per person is hardly enough at the beach!). They managed to fix it several days in, still made a lot of noise but was better.
-not enough silverware - like 8 sets - house advertises as sleeping 14 and should be able to set a table for 14.
-no wine glasses at all - staff ended up providing some toward end of stay.
-no comforters on beds, only a sheet and a quilt
-quilts on bed looked dirty as if they're not washed between guests
-the house smelled faintly of cigarettes - especially the guest house over the garage, and the master bedroom.
Also important to note that this house provides no beach towels and very rusty beach chairs. Walton County does not allow beach chair set ups at public beach access like this one, so be prepared to haul your own chairs and umbrellas to the beach.
The house is well located and was comfortable for my parents, and 3 adult children plus partners and grandchildren. However, I wouldn't book this house again because of the overall experience we had.
