The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a large open kitchen and living area. The kitchen features sparkling white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table and island can seat a combined 18 guests for a formal or informal dinner. The living room is also spacious enough for everyone to hang out and relax around the TV. **Unfortunately, we can not allow animals in this home. The owner has a severe pet allergy and failure to adhere to this rule will allow in an immediate eviction and loss of deposit. Guest is fully responsible for all damages.

Our family rented "Gotta Love It" in July 2025. My husband and I along our two daughters, their spouses and 4 grandkids, ages 17, 6, 4, and 3. We had the best time! We spent MANY hours in the pool with the kids as well as some adult time during naps! lol We loved the layout the house, the amenities, and the elevator was certainly a big help since my husband was recovering from knee and hip surgery! All of the adults loved the fact that we each had our own room and bathroom. Of course the main bathroom (in Gigi and Papaw's room) was a big hit with the littles because of the rain shower and huge bathtub. Many mornings we enjoyed bike rides to Starbucks and a few golf cart rides in the afternoon up to the Big Chill for ice cream. The white sandy beach was absolutely beautiful. We spent time walking the beach searching for seashells, swimming, and building sandcastles. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation filled with many fun and lasting memories. Have stayed in 30A several times but never in this area. For our group the location was perfect close enough to walk (long walk but great for exercise) or bike to the areas that do not allow golf cart type transportation and not too far from Seaside and Watercolor were low speed vehicles are allowed. The only inconvenience we faced was the ice maker was broken rather than calling to have someone handle it we chose to just buy ice. I called yesterday to report it and that the beverage refrigerator didn’t stay closed and that the dryer may need to be looked at as it took a very long time to dry clothes but no one called me back. These were very minor things for us and didn’t affect out stay. Again perfect property location for us, we will definitely be back. The house and pool are wonderful.

This place is HUGE and a wonderful place for a family vacation!!! So clean, so nice. It’s obvious the home is immaculately cared for. We loved it!!
Perfect location for us also. Could easily hit Alys and rosemary as well as head west to Seacrest and seaside.

House was beautiful and everything functioned as it should. Clean, comfortable bedding. Space for 12 of us. Pool heat came in handy for April. There is an alarm for the pool going out to the screened area for the pool access. It’s for protection of kids getting into area without supervision. However, we would have preferred to accept liability and turn the alarm off as it goes off when you enter the house from the porch, too. It’s easily heard on the third floor and is very loud on first floor. Otherwise, it was a perfect house for multiple families!
