About this farm stay rental

Fabulous Green Lake location - just a half block to the lake. This 1903 Farmhouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 ¾ bath and approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. Top floor includes a private 330 square foot primary suite with king size bed, full bath, an office area and private deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The primary bedroom also has a portable AC unit for your comfort. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed. Internet and cable TV provided. One car parking off of the alley. Easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants and all the amenities that Green Lake has to offer. The home is a legal duplex with long term tenants in the lower unit. Laundry facilities are shared with the lower unit.

Please note WA State Sales tax is charged for bookings of less than 30 days.

great location with easy access to city as well as to wonderful parks and hikes within 1-2 hour drive. many great restaurants including ones to walk to. parking spot in back was great to avoid needing to find street parking.

Nice home in such a great area. Loved walking to Green Lake Park and strolling around the lake and visiting shops and restaurants. Appreciated the AC units in both bedrooms on the one hot day while we stayed there.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath upper flat in a 2 unit house was perfect for visiting our adult daughter who was able to move in with us and have her own space. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 6 days. A block from beautiful Green Lake and walking distance from restaurants. Parking space as well was provided. All in all a wonderful space.
