The capsule room was spacious and the air conditioning was good. They have a cozy and large lounge area in the lower floor. The sauna was very good with a TV inside, and the baths were refreshing, with bubblers designed for massaging your back and feet, and they had enough capacity for everyone. I never felt like the area was too crowded for me to take a bath even though I came during peak vacation season. There's also a nice massage chair in the games area next to the baths. The price is very cheap for its worth. The location is very convenient right next to the station and had lots of meal options.

I feel the air quality inside of the capsules was not so great, it triggered my allergies a bit which probably meant there was some dust The area overall had a sleazy vibe. They had an advertisement for some sort of event with an AV actress in the sauna and a couple of claw machines selling male sex toys. It weirded me out a bit. I wish they had just gone for a cozy vibe instead, I think it brought down my overall impression of the hotel and its clientele. The amenities also felt not very high quality. The towels felt old and battered while the hotel pajamas/robes were made of cheap polyester which made me a bit itchy. They also had no lockers outside of the capsule for hotel guests, and the robes had no pockets, which meant going around the facilities with your wallet and phone is a bit of a pain. I also think the drying machines in the laundry room were a bit dirty.
