Its good and big space

Not so clean the villa

- The villa is very spacious and perfect for big families or groups. It has 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, a large dining table, and a maid’s room with two beds. - Most of the villa was clean and looked well maintained. - The pool is big and can easily fit more than 10 people at the same time.

- The check-in took too long. There was only one staff member handling the check-in for the hotel, apartments, and villas, so we had to wait more than 10 minutes. - The curtains in my room were damaged. - There were no blackout curtains, so the sunlight came into the room early in the morning. - The villa has 5 bedrooms, but only the master bedroom had bathroom amenities. The other rooms had nothing. - There were a lot of insects around the outdoor area, especially near the pool, but thankfully there weren’t any inside the villa. - The beach lifeguard/safety staff member kept looking inside our villa, which made us feel uncomfortable. This is not acceptable, and staff should be reminded to respect guests’ privacy at all times. - The villas next to us can see our pool, so it’s not completely private. Luckily, both villas were empty during our stay, otherwise the privacy would have been an issue.
