This is a new property for us in FL. We have had rentals in GA on this site for nearly 20 yrs! Reviews are great from our other properties too! Our lovely 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious, well decorated and appointed home in Port Charlotte is waiting for you. 6 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda. We are conveniently located to water activities, lots of parks and various restaurants!
BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT REQUIRES Advanced Notice and A STAY OF AT LEAST 3 MONTHS.
There is a heated swimming pool inside a screened enclosure with access from the kitchen, dining, living, and main bathrooms! Huge sliding glass doors allow for the pool lanai to become an extension of the house. Split floor plan with master suite on one side of the home with a pool and canal view! The other two bedrooms also enjoy privacy as the rooms are not close together and the queen bedroom has its own private ½ bath. Huge fenced in yard on a canal. There is a boat dock and lift on the property. (Contact us about bringing your own boat) Enjoy and unwind watching the sunset after fishing or relaxing all day! The home is in Port Charlotte, 10 min to Punta Gorda, 45 min to Ft Myers. The Punta Gorda Airport is 20 minutes from the house!

Just like the pictures show. Property was clean and neat. Dock was easily accessible with a beautiful view. Pool was close and refreshing. Donna was great and easy to communicate with. TV was a little difficult with only local channels. Very relaxing. We will definitely visit again.

Donna was great and so was the house. It was a little too far from the beach. About 40 to 50 minutes. Also red tide hindered our beach time. far from the beach for me about 40 minutes

Property is in excellent location for stores, safe walking and biking. We have rented houses in town for past 5 years and this has been the best by far. Kitchen is well stocked, beautiful pool that is always at 90 degrees, TV that is not limited to streaming but also has live regular television programming. Wifi is excellent. For personal reasons, we can’t return next year, otherwise we would have already reserved it again.

Enjoyed six night stay with family of four. Spacious well-appointed home. Everything we needed and more. Owner, Donna, was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
