Overall, it was a great 3 night stay for multiple adult family members (3 couples) to stay while visiting for our niece's wedding. Everyone was comfortable and content. The location was perfect. The house is 3 buildings off a main rd, but no traffic noise! Shopping very close by for groceries. A Great little diner close by, very walkable. The big screen TV was awesome for the game on Sunday! Pool was well enjoyed and a dolphin was seen in the canal out back along with other aquatic wildlife-we think maybe even a manatee!
A couple things that are inaccurate in the listing as of our stay (Sept 26-29, 2025): there are no sofa beds (was banking on 1 as husband snores terribly) even though 2 are listed - 1 sofa is recliners, the other a bamboo type (where I landed fairly comfortably anyway). You are not sleeping 10 here, 8 at most. Also, Bedroom 2 is not a king, it is a full. Where the listing states no hidden fees, we learned there is an additional fee if you want the hot tub turned on.
