House with a private pool, in a quiet location near Mimizan.

La Savannah is a detached house classified 3*, with private pool. It is ideally located to recharge your batteries in peace, while being close to the beaches and amenities (food, restaurant 150m away).
The lake beach is 5 minutes away (3 km) and the large ocean beaches are 15 minutes away (12 km). You can even get there by the cycle path that passes at the bottom of the garden. The forest is only 50 m away for oxygenating walks. A marked hiking circuit passes behind the house.
Finally, the garden and 120 m² of terraces invite you to laze around the barbecue and the swimming pool until the last ray of sunshine.

The little extra: the private pool! You can relax by a beautiful in-ground pool, treated with salt for the comfort of swimming.
Surrounded by a hedge, it is not overlooked and allows you to swim and sunbathe in peace.

The house is very well equipped because I live there part of the year:
American kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower. Separate toilet.
3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds: 1 bed in 160 + 1 bed in 140 + 2 beds in 90 cm (which can be pushed together as a bed of 180 cm). Linen is not included. Fibre television. WiFi.
Within a radius of 300m: City park, petanque court, tennis court, restaurant, bar, tobacconist, grocery store, bread depot, bus stop serving Labouheyre station or Mimizan beach.
To visit during the day: Arcachon and its Dune du Pyla 50 km away, Bordeaux and its vineyards 100 km away (1 hour), the Basque country and the Spanish border 145km away (1 hour 30 minutes), not to mention the Ecomuseum of Marquèze (40 km) a beautiful mix of history and nature.
