About this villa rental
In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:
Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use the proper products to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.

Beautiful villa perfectly preserved, in a magnificent location with stunning 180 degree lake views and only a few minutes from the center.
The villa has a private garage for 2 cars and a large garden to sunbathe and relax.
On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an original stone sink, dishwasher and pantry. The large dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 10-11 people. The connected living room has a seating area and a baby grand piano. This room leads to a beautiful patio (covered terrace) from which one can admire the fantastic view and enjoy al fresco dining and barbeque.
A small new bathroom and a room with a double sofa bed are also located on this floor.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a studio: 2 double bedrooms with terrace and lake view and 2 rooms with 2 separate beds and view of Monte Baldo .
A studio for a relaxing and reading and 2 new bathrooms with shower are located on this floor.
None of the bedrooms are directly adjacent one to another so there is total privacy.
This is an Historical property protected by “Belle Arti” of Italy .

We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I could have stayed all summer!

The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece cruise.

This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! The road noise could be loud at times in the main bedrooms, but that’s because we had our balcony doors and windows open at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we miss the view of beautiful Lake Garda.
