Apartment Iris

The property was clean, great facilities and pool, ideally located and warming hosts. The balcony was our favourite. It was great!

The only thing we could think of was that it would have been helpful to have a pack of contact numbers and local businesses. For example, local attractions, taxi numbers, local hospitals for emergencies, directions into town, etc. But this really would be clutching at straws!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße etwas außerhalb von Nivigrad, der Hof lässt sich mit einem Tor verschließen und es ist genug Platz für Auto und Fahrräder. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und falls mal was fehlen sollte, ist die Vermieterin äußert hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist immer sehr sauber und es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden.

Die Türe zum Badezimmer in unserem Apartment hat geklemmt und konnte daher nur schwer verschlossen werden und die Kaffeemaschine hat sehr lange gebraucht, ansonsten war alles ohne Einschränkungen nutzbar.

The apartment is very big having three sleeping rooms and a large kitchen / dining room area. A big balcony is also attached and there is a pool just outside the house

Well, one of the two toiletts was blocked at the beginning. Solving the blockage by the landlord took more than one day. Some of the door handles were loose. Warm water was sometimes very rare or even not there. Some window lids were missing fixations to keep them open in windy conditions... ...summarizing the apartment is big and well equipped, but not very well maintained which doesn´t give a good impression...
