The apartment is very big having three sleeping rooms and a large kitchen / dining room area. A big balcony is also attached and there is a pool just outside the house
Well, one of the two toiletts was blocked at the beginning. Solving the blockage by the landlord took more than one day. Some of the door handles were loose. Warm water was sometimes very rare or even not there. Some window lids were missing fixations to keep them open in windy conditions... ...summarizing the apartment is big and well equipped, but not very well maintained which doesn´t give a good impression...

Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage mit Nähe zur Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße etwas außerhalb von Nivigrad, der Hof lässt sich mit einem Tor verschließen und es ist genug Platz für Auto und Fahrräder. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und falls mal was fehlen sollte, ist die Vermieterin äußert hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist immer sehr sauber und es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden.
Die Türe zum Badezimmer in unserem Apartment hat geklemmt und konnte daher nur schwer verschlossen werden und die Kaffeemaschine hat sehr lange gebraucht, ansonsten war alles ohne Einschränkungen nutzbar.

Dokonalá oáza klidu a pohody
Naprosto dokonalé místo pro odpočinek. Ubytování bylo příjemné, skvělé posezení na zahradě i u bazénu, soukromí a klid. Vlastní parkovací stání, pračka, myčka, klimatizace, to vše vám zpříjemní pobyt. Majitelé objektu byli velice milí a ochotní ve všem vyhovět. My jsme velmi ocenili, že přízemní apartmán je bezbariérový, protože dcera měla na noze ortézu. Líbilo se nám tu tolik, že se určitě ještě rádi vrátíme. Poměr kvalita/cena je skvělý!
My jsme měli štěstí, že jsme měli většinu času zahradu i bazén jen pro sebe, ale člověk musí brát v úvahu, že je zde další apartmán, takže toto může být sdílené. Se vzdáleností do města a na pláže je třeba počítat a jezdit autem, případně zde jezdí lokální mini vláček.
