Beautiful villa with everything you need to have a lovely stay. The pool was wonderful and we would love to return!

Excellent Kitchen facilities, large fridge freezer, lots of plates glasses etc. Lovely, bigger than average pool. Great garden furniture. Good pool towels. Very comfortable beds. Great AC units in Living room and Main bedroom. Nice 20/25 min walk to town centre, or €5 Uber tide. Very quiet area.
AC units in other 2 bedrooms older and quite noisy. The windows are very old and not very secure. The towels provided in in door use were quiet old and small and could really be upgraded for this price level

We had a fantastic week at Casa Sequana! The villa was really spacious with 3 big double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a large lounge plus separate dining area and kitchen. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and clean upon arrival. The pool was lovely, a good size with 6 sunbeds parasol and separate seating area. We enjoyed all our meals outside on the dining table there which overlooked the pool and was really quiet. Area was lovely and quiet but only about 20 mins walk into Carvoiero which was gorgeous. You can walk to a closer beach that was really beautiful only about 15 mins away. There’s a really good supermarket - intermarche 5 mins drive away which had a great variety of fresh food plus lots of English staples. We visited slide and splash which is only 10 mins drive away - really good water park - loads of slides and really well maintained. We had a brilliant week and would return.

The villa was clean and well-equipped, eg beach towels provided. Self check-in was easy and the agent responded very quickly to our queries. It's about 20 minutes walk into Carvoeiro where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, and another 10 minutes further to the beach.
We have given a 3-star rating because there was an issue with the drains during our 10 day stay at the villa. On three occasions the sewage smell coming from the second bedroom ensuite was so bad it was impossible to use that room. We reported the issue to Elite Management, who responded immediately. A team arrived the next day to clear tree roots from the drains. Unfortunately, the smell returned briefly a couple of days later, but not again while we were there. We hope this issue has been resolved, as it does impact very badly on the quality of the villa.
