The swimming pool is shared.Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no costs for late arrivals.Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to warm you up during your stay.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished.The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, with a maximum capacity of 6 guests. It has two bathrooms. The apartment has stairs. There are works near the apartment.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Note that despite our best efforts to have everything ready, there may be visits from animals that we cannot control (although we have no record, cockroaches are something we do not manage well, such as mosquitoes).
