Villa Licinia is a three bedroom, single story detached villa with stunning views across the countryside and out to sea from its picturesque location in the Vale de Parra resort.
Vale de Parra is an outstanding rural location in the heart of the Algarve and very popular in the summer months. Licinia Villa has two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with Air conditioning; two of the bedrooms have patio doors that open out onto opposite sides of the poolside terrace.
Licinia has a mature lawned garden, an impressive private swimming pool, natural shade in the garden, a built in barbecue, outdoor shower and plenty of furniture and sun loungers; making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Portuguese weather at its finest. The village of Guia – famous for the Chicken Piri-Piri is a must experience whilst in the Algarve and some of the best beaches in the Algarve are within only a 10 minute drive.
