Apparment location is good. Especially topfloor is very good to view the outside. Space is enough for family living.
Very hot flat. Fan doesnot cover the hot. Need to keep AC. The doors wood are damages. Need to repair it.

I think the tourist tax should be included in the price of the flat. Also it would have been nice if there was sugar or cafe in the property.

The house is a good size, clean and with good views from the big varanda but be aware that there is no lift, you know when you're are booking that there is no lift, so it is a personal choice.
The fact that we have to empty the bins. It is not what you want to do on holiday. We saw the notice about emptying the bins on our last day but as we didn't know how to do that, we only left it properly wrapped.
We didn't like the walking distance to the town centre, so we spent more using taxis, and if you don't plan to cook, restaurants are quite far.

Being so close to the supermarket! The beaches are amazing & being on the top floor was perfect t as there was a little breeze.
