Terraced holiday home. Liveable surface area of the residence: 100 m2. There is a garden. Garden area 400 m2. There is a large terrace. Terrace area 60 m2. The garden is fully private for this residence. It's a modern/new house 2012. Cosy, tastefully designed with an eye for detail. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence is 5 km from the village Bédoin, It is a lively village. Nice view of the pastures. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. Here there are picturesque villages such as Crillon-le-Brave, Venasque, Gordes, Roussillon. The magnificent cities of Avignon and Orange are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature trips to Mont-Ventoux and Gorges de la Nesque are definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 5 km. Shops can be found in Bédoin, Mazan, Carpentras. Restaurants can be found in Bédoin, Mazan (5 km) and Crillon-le-Brave (3 km). It is a nice point of departure for walks. In this region you can go cycling to your hearts content.

We have just returned from an amazing week at Les Collines. The property was spotlessly clean with everything you could possible want from a holiday home and more. The house is really well presented with some beautiful furniture and accessories. The pool was lovely although a little cold initially when you first get in.Stephane and Valerie were both very friendly and helpful and check in and out was super easy. The area is quiet (just what we wanted) but with some beautiful places to visit near by including Bedoin and Avignon. You do need a car to get around but there is a well stocked supermarket very close by as well as a variety of takeaways and restaurants within the local villages and towns.We loved our stay here and hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The villa was beautiful, extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our holiday! Stephane was a great host, very friendly and the bottle of Rose he left us in the fridge was greatly appreciated after a long drive.The villa is set in beautiful surroundings, the garden, pool and outdoor seating was great for our family. We would love to come and stay again!!

We had a wonderful week as a family in this lovely home. Beautifully decorated in a contemporary and eclectic style, the indoor and outdoor spaces were just perfect for a relaxing week together. We really appreciated all the personal touches that made it special and a home away from home. Stephane and his family made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect for exploring Vaucluse and the Luberon. Our son loved the private pool and despite a few rain showers we spent lots of time enjoying the outdoor space. The garden is lovely and peaceful and the views from the bedrooms far reaching across the countryside. There is a very handy Utile (supermarket) just down the hill for all the essentials. We hope to visit again soon.

The house was modern, exceptionally well equipped and very tastefully decorated. The garden and pool were a delight and we had great pleasure using the BBQ and comfortable garden furniture. The added bonus of a pétanque pitch, where we played every day, really made the holiday very enjoyable. Our host Stephane was absolutely charming, discreet and helpful. He left us a fantastic bottle of wine from a nearby vineyard, Chateau Valcombe, which we can heartily recommend. There are many beautiful villages including Crillon Le Brave and Le Barroux in the vicinity and, of course, the whole area has an abundance of marvellous vineyards; Ventoux, Vaqueyras, Gigondas etc. We give this holiday home a very well-deserved 5 stars....and shall be returning. 😀

The property was in a lovely location lots of places to visit and easy access to mont Ventoux. The owner Stephane was very friendly & helpful, we arrived late in the evening and he came to meet us and showed us round. The house is beautiful, lovely furnished and immaculate.The garden was lovely to sit out and eat and relax, the pool was lovely but very cold.The only suggestion we would make would be to have the pool heated. We visited Vaison-la-Romaine, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Nîmes, Pont du Gard, Sault & Bedoin all of which were lovely 😊. And of course the stunning views from Mont Ventoux.The weather was fantastic for late September and early October 2019.

We had a fantastic week stay here with our young family. The pool was wonderful, the setting beautiful and local food and wine ah absolute treat. Stephane and his wife were so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice vacation house in an interesting and pleasant environment. The house has recently been built, fully furnished and equipped which makes it a comfortable place to stay. Airco is available inside. There is a sunny terrace and a garage in which a car can be parked. The house itself is on a quiet location. Interesting areas, towns and places to visit are nearby, most of them within 30 to 40 kilometres, for example Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, the Luberon area and also the impressive Mont Ventoux, which you can see from the terrace. To put it shortly: this house is a good location to have a pleasant holiday. Extra bonus for all cycling tourists with climbing ambitions: the start for the Mont Ventoux climb in Bedoin is only 5 km away..

Met 6 volwassenen en een hond verbleven wij een weekje in deze fantastische woning. Netjes onderhouden, alles aanwezig, airco voor de warme dagen, een zwembad om te verfrissen, voldoende schaduwplekjes, rustig gelegen, vlakbij een supermarkt en een vlot contact met de eigenaar. De foto's van de website komen perfect overeen met de woning in't echt. Absoluut een aanrader! 😊👌

Nous avons séjourné dans cet agréable gîte avec notre petit jack russel. L'emplacement ideal de la maison nous a permis de faire de nombreuses balades (vaison la romaine, mont ventoux, gorges de la nesque...). La maison est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer d'excellentes vacances !

Au sein d'un jardin et d'une terrasse bien aménagés, où la piscine et le terrain de pétanque ont bien été apprécié. Bon accueil, propriétaire sympathique qui vous fait confiance. Logement en excellent état, confortable, avec piscine appréciable même si très peu utilisée. Bon lieu de départ pour d’autres visites (Vaison-la-Romaine, Sorgues...). Bon lieu de départ pour accéder au Mont ventoux à vélo ou pas. Belle région. A préciser : la dénomination « frais de propriétés » A revoir : facturation des animaux; un peu chère comparativement à d’autres. Mais c’est à souligner, on peut y amener son animal contrairement à tant d’autres location.

We hadden deze zomer een leuke reis in dit mooi en verzorgd huis samen met onze 2 kindjes. Goeie ontvangst van meneer en mevrouw met een fles wijn en snoepjes van de streek. Ze wonen op dezelfde eigendom, handig als je iets wil vragen. Zeer verzorgd binnen met mooie bedlakens, nette kamers, zeker handdoeken voldoende in de badkamer en keuken, alles van keukenmateriaal aanwezig, zeer prakrisch grote frigo en diepvries... Mooie, verzorgde tuin met mooi zwembad en het uitzicht is magnifique! Zeker een aanrader!

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Valerie und Stephane verbracht und uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist topsauber, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Idee und Liebe gestaltet. Auch Garten und Terrasse sind wunderbar und bieten ausreichend Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Die Nachbarin ist sympathisch (leider konnten wir uns kaum unterhalten, da wir nur sehr wenig Französisch sprechen) und man hört sie quasi nicht. Der Standort ist sehr gut; von dort hat man alle Möglichkeiten, um Ausflüge in die schöne Orte und zu den Weingütern zu unternehmen oder wandern zu gehen. Gute Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Sogar ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist in Sichtweite und in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Allzu geräuschempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein; man hört den Verkehr je nach Tageszeit schon. Uns hat das nicht gestört; abends und nachts war es ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. Merci beaucoup et a bientot Claudia et Torsten

Warm onthaal door sympathieke eigenaars. Heel nieuwe en nette, goed onderhouden woning. Mooie, groene tuin en ideaal zwembad! Het verse bloemenboeket op de livingtafel, flesje wijn en snoepjes...alles was...top! De woning was alles wat ons hartje wou... we waren zoals "Home"! Wij verbleven 2 weken in het mooie huis, met alles erop en eraan. Toplocatie om de kale berg en andere "montjes" zonder naam, te beklimmen...en yes we did it!!! Wij gaan graag nog eens terug om de omgeving verder te verkennen. Supermarktje dicht nabij, kort wandelingetje naar beneden met de hond...alles wat je wil. We komen graag terug...!

Het huis is heerlijk, heel schoon nieuwe spullen en heel volledig. Omgeving is zoals altijd veel te doen. huis is eigenlijk geschikt voor iedereen, zowel jonge gezinnen als ouderen, mits deze nog kunnen traplopen, omdat slaapkamers boven zijn. Nogmaals een geweldig huis, tuin en zwembad is niet groot maar genoeg voor verfrissing. Top!

At streetside is the house of Valerie and Stephane located, in the back, after their garden and a petanque-alley, the car can be parked and the rental building is located. The building comprises of 2 houses: we (2 adults + 1 year old) rented the right one with the lovely swimming pool. There were no people in the left house (garden separated by a hedge) during our stay, we had complete privacy. The house is verrrry nice, very clean and very well equipped (everything in place to cook, sharp knifes are sharp :-), dishwasher, BBQ-equipment, towels, ...). Every morning we had breakfast on the nice terrace (shadow), where we also had lunch if in the house during the day. In the evening, we had dinner on the table next to the pool with superb views of Provencal sunsets. The garden is beautiful. Overall, we had an excellent stay in this well maintained house: a real holiday paradise!!! If we look at the pictures of the house, we even do feel a bit homesick now :-). If we really have to give a negative comment, we can only think of one: the mattress of the baby bed was rather small, but we easily fixed this with some towels etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances dans cette villa. L’acceuil était parfait, les propriétaires sont disponibles et également discrets. La maison est full équipée, ce qui permet de s’installer dès le premier jour très facilement et de s’y sentir comme à la maison directement. L’extérieur de la maison est également soigné, bien entretenu, la piscine également avec une belle vue de la terrasse. La maison est situé au bout d’une route donc aucun dérangement et également situé à proximité de plusieurs villes (Bédoin, Carpentras, vaison etc) ce qui permet de faire les courses sans difficultés. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cette location. Merci aux propriétaires pour ces belles vacances. Maxime Deberghes

Baseer je niet op de foto's: in het echt is het nog mooier: mooie onderhouden tuin, prachtig vergezicht, zicht op de Mont-Ventoux. Wat kan een mens zich nog meer wensen? Een mooi interieur? Check. Proper? Check. Mooie keuken met degelijke toestellen? Check. Ruime, comfortabele kamers? Check. Propere badkamer? Check. Voldoende dagelijkse spullen zoals kookgerei, tafelgerief, handdoeken, badgerief.... CHECK! Er stonden zelfs vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel voor de wasmachine. Kortom: hét perfecte huis(je) om je vakantie in door te brengen: je hoeft eigenlijk alleen je kleren mee te nemen, voor de rest is alles er8 Stephane is ook de perfecte gastheer, die heel discreet polst als alles ok is, en als er nog iets nodig zou zijn. Ook heeft hij voor de nodige 'visitiekaartjes' gezorgd, met suggesties voor restaurantjes, wijnproeverijen, bakkers,.... We waren met nog een ander koppel, en we zijn allen met pijn in het hart terug naar huis gereisd: het was gewoon het perfecte verblijf! (en we hebben al enige jaren ervaring van die manier van verblijven) Dank je wel Stephane!

Le Gîte de Stéphane et Valérie est conforme à la description. L'accueil était très bien et les propriétaires étaient très discret et disponible. Pour nous, il ne manquait rien; le gîte était très propre, très bien entretenu, très bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation, si nous passons à nouveau par là.

Nous avons passé, mes deux enfants, ma femme et moi-même, une très belle semaine au pied du Ventoux dans la maison de Mr et Mme Farrugia. Jamais l'adage "être comme chez soi" n'a été aussi vrai que dans cette jolie maison. L'aménagement est de qualité et fait avec beaucoup de gout. Tout est pratique, joli et très propre ... un vrai plaisir que de séjourner dans cette maison ! La maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Et les routes autour du Ventoux un vrai bonheur pour les cyclistes !

Une très agréable maison décorée avec soin et équipée jusqu'au moindre de détail. Une literie, un confort, et une propreté irréprochables. Une jolie piscine et un jardin arboré depuis lequel on peut admirer le Ventoux et de magnifiques couchers de soleils. Des hôtes sympathiques et prévenants. En somme, une maison de vacance parfaite pour profiter de la Provence, à quelques minutes notamment des sympathiques villages de Bédoin et Crillon le Brave.

Très belle villa et très bel endroit. Nous avions choisi cette villa pour sa situation centrale par rapport à Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, Roussion, Orange... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du logement dans son ensemble et de la décoration en particulier. Nous n'avons pas l'impression de nous trouver dans une location impersonnelle mais plutôt comme à la maison. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu trop profiter des extérieurs à cause du temps mais ils sont de qualité et la piscine nous faisait vraiment envie. Tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas âges, ce qui est vraiment un plus pour éviter de tout transporter. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible tout en sachant se faire discret. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !!!

Gîte très agréable. Équipement complet (ustensiles et fond de cuisine, machine à laver, linge de lit et de maison,...), literie très confortable, décoration soignée et propreté irréprochable. Jardin très bien aménagé avec piscine et belle vue. Situation idéale pour découvrir une magnifique région. Proche de petits commerces pour le quotidien. Propriétaires disponibles, à l'écoute avec de bons conseils. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Au plaisir d'y revenir!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa où nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances !!! La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et est de tout confort. Le jardin est magnifique avec vue sur le Mont-Ventoux et la piscine offre une superbe vue sur les vignes environnantes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires, Valérie et Stéphane! Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances. A réserver sans hésiter !!!
