We loved the location of this condo and enjoyed the large deck that looked out to the ocean. It was spacious and well equipped. We used the pools, hot tubs and pickleball courts, all of which were well maintained. It was hot the week we were there and very happy it was air conditioned. There is a big closet with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and other beach toys. The condo was a bit dated but clean. We would definately stay there again.

We loved our stay here. Everything is as pictured. Great location, a little bit of a distance from all of the tourist stuff, but the drive was not bad at all. There is a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants really close by which was great. The condo is well equipped and family friendly and the view is amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't interact with the property manager so I can't really speak to what that would have been like, but I rated it five stars to keep the rating.

This condo was a great homebase for our family of 5’s visit to the Big Island. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Very clean. Air conditioning in each room. I we also loved the area, a 15–20 minute drive to Kona and town life. And easily accessible to anywhere we were visiting on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation at this townhouse was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We’ve been together 35 years and we took one of the kids and his family including for children ages 3 to 10. This townhome was perfect for all of us. It had plenty of room inside. It had enough beds. And the view out the balcony was outstanding. We spent so much time on the balcony having breakfast or coffee or the Kids playing and coloring at the balcony table. We felt secure with the gated community we used two of the three pools and even had a barbecue by one of them and use the grill that was available. A grocery store was close by. It was a Convenient location to get to anywhere we needed to go whether it was the green sand beach the black sand beach or going across the island to Hilo. And what a great supply of items that we needed inside the townhome!!! There were even two children’s life jackets plus some goggles for swimming plus pool towels. I am recommending this location to everybody I’m talking to who wants to go to Kona!!!!!!!

We are a family of 4 (with a toddler) and stayed at this condo for a week. We absolutely loved it. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils/dishes/pots/pans. The closet in the hallway was full of beach towels, hats, sunscreen and beach toys. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. The ac worked great and cooled the entire place down. The view was the best! Very quiet place, nice and clean. Perfect for our family vacation. Easy to contact host. Definitely will stay here again.

We loved staying at this condo. Our reservations for a resort reservations were canceled and we had to find another place to stay. The condo surpassed our other lodgings in so many ways. 3 comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful lanai with complete ocean view and gorgeous sunsets, full kitchen, and neighborhood Turkey! The adult pool was great. Missed using the ocean pool as it was under construction. We 4 adults loved staying here. Thank you so much for such a lovely condo!

There were six of us spanning three generations: our first family vacation together and first time to Hawaii for five of us. We chose this condo for its view looking over the water, spaciousness to accommodate our various needs, included beach gear, and the enthusiastic rave reviews. We can now add to them as it was everything we hoped for and more. And every one of us agreed we would readily return to this same condo again. The highlight was the beautiful, breezy balcony with table, chairs, and chaise lounge where we spent most of our time eating, reading, relaxing, and looking out over the water and at the glorious sunsets. We made good use of the included beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, and even a cart to haul it all. The kitchen and bathrooms were also well-stocked by the owners and previous guests. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage and closet space, including the loft where the two older teens stayed. We appreciated the location, just south of the hubbub of Kona, yet extremely convenient with a nice shopping center at the top of the road and easy access to highways to north and south attractions. We had everything we needed for an amazing week together and can't say enough about the excellent space and our experience here. Mahalo!!!

Returning to Condo 3104 was like coming home! A Welcome Basket of Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. There were spices, olive oil and condiments in the kitchen along with napkins, foil and plastic wrap. The condo was very clean and of course there was the wonderful view from the lanai where one can see dolphins swimming--bring binoculars. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to adjust to ones own comfort. Everything you will need for the beach is there including sun screen. It was hard to leave and we are hoping to return once more to this "home away from home."

Our condo provided comfort and room for all 6 of us. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities and spices as well as aquatic recreational gear and the owners provided helpful tips and instructions. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. We felt spoiled. We spent much of our time on the large deck overlooking the ocean, enjoying the sea breeze, the sounds of the crashing waves, and taking in the view and the amazing sunsets each and every night. This was a special place for us and we hope to return in the future.

Our family stayed at this wonderful condo for the second time. Our first time we loved it so much we promised ourselves we would return. It took five years but we finally made it. We were not disappointed. Our favorite part of our trip then and now was sitting on the lanai watching beautiful sunsets right in front of us. Except for food we had everything we needed to cook and picnic at the beach. We would love to come back again. Hopefully it won't take as long.

I took my 4 daughters to Aloha Condo over Christmas - New Year and we had an amazing time. The condo was perfect - note there are a lot of stairs at the entry- but that was not an issue for us as it afforded the best view! The lanai was amazing as you are right on the water, we even got to see whales on our last day. The amenities are great, we loved the ocean front pool! We were not able to secure a car for the first few days and it was no problem. you can walk to the grocery store - we left lots of recycle bags- and restaurants as well as several beaches. We loved our Tradewinds snorkel outing - totally worth it and you can walk to the pick up. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone fortunate enough to get there. My only regret is we did not have longer, 7 days is just not enough!

Overall stay was great. Great location. Property was well maintained. Check out process is something to be corrected. You cannot expect guests to wash all the bedsheets and towels. Especially when we have early flight. This doesn't make sense. The dryer was taking too long to dry and we could not get it done,

This property was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and a great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and several snorkeling and swimming beaches. Upon arrival, we found a welcome basket full of snacks and water, a spotlessly cleaned unit, and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and would have accommodated almost any kind of cooking we wanted to do though we mostly ate out. Several of the places we dined we learned about through the recommendations provided by the owner in a helpful notebook. One of the best features of this property was being able to sit on the lanai and watch the waves splash up against the black lava rock, just beyond the lanai. Another of our favorite aspects of this property were the three pools. They were all clean and perfect for cooling off in the heat of an August day in Hawaii. Even the restrooms at the pools were spotless. In fact, between the views from the lanai and the pools, we sometimes found it hard to want to leave the unit to go and do "touristy" things.

We stayed at this beautiful property July 24-31 and it was delightful. 3 generations; 6 people, the youngest being 9. The home was perfect for our group. The dining table was big enough to play games and eat as a family, with enough table settings and serving dishes for our group. The lanai was incredible and used every day, especially for sunset. We were pleased with all of the extras too - beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, and more. The pools were well kept and easy to access. We enjoyed the local restaurants without needing to drive up to Kailua. This location also worked well as a base for our excursions around the island too. Our first snorkel launched from the harbor down the street. Greenwell Farms is nearby for your coffee bean fix. We also did 3 big days of driving and were happy to return for sunset on the lanai. The kitchen had all of the necessities (coffee grinder and drip coffee maker!) and the grill was not too far away. Being that we visited in late July, the air conditioning was used every day. It took quite some time for the house to cool on the first day and we learned to use the fans scattered around the house , especially in the master bedroom. As the week progressed, we became more accustomed to the local weather and never needed to crank the thermostat below the recommended setting. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a quiet, relaxing spot with a front seat to the ocean! Mahalo for letting us experience your wonderful home!

Over the years, we have stayed in many of the condos in this complex. 3104 was by far the best equipped condo! The spices, cooking implements, along with excellent knives, cookware, baking dishes and much more, made it feel like home. Everything you need for the beach is in this condo. We used the boogie boards and added another to the collection. The condo is tastefully decorated and well cared for. IN addition, Mhari was so helpful and easy to reach. We are hoping for a return visit.

Great location, view to die for, wonderful rooms and generous equipment. Ample towels and supplies. We had a few problems and these are easy fixes: Lights were burnt out throughout the condo and it was a bit tough: Entrance light, laundry, over stove light. Laundry broke and the guy to fix it didn't make it so we had no laundry. Stove dial 0 is broken so we set the bake temperature to 411:). And coffee pot with some utencils are old. I'd recommend a bit more maintenance. Also, be aware that air conditioning is additional cost of about 15 a day, managed by a key . Electricity is expensive in Hawaii, but that is the first I've seen that, and have never been billed for that before. Just factor that into cost,

A very comfortable, lovely, clean condo situated in an older, well taken care of resort. Having a quiet, adult pool is a huge plus. The view from this ocean front condo is incredible. Ocean, Lava Rock and Green grass. Very private location. We have stayed at this complex several times over the years, starting in the 80's, and the kitchen and master bath are the nicest we have stayed in. Kona town isn't that far away, a snorkel beach close by, Sam Choy restaurant with an outstanding view farther up the hill; So much to see and do, but never enough time! This is a beautiful rental right off the coast...there is no beach here but the views are absolutely fantastic! We saw some dolphins right in the water in front of us. Not only is the view great but this has got to be the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Beach chairs, boogie board, totes, snorkeling gear, beach towels, blenders, rice cooker, etc Just amazing and highly recommended!

My husband, son and I recently stayed in 3104 and the condo was wonderful! Being oceanfront, from the lanai we saw manta rays, spinner dolphins and even a monk seal - very cool! Watching the waves crash against the lava rock shore was pure beauty. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped (including some really interesting books on the Island) and comfortable, with good wi-fi. We came during off-season, so it was very quiet in the complex, something we appreciate. We spent a lot of time at the adult & main pools, which we often had to ourselves. BBQ facilities were very nice and very close to the condo. We've been to the Big Island a lot and will continue to visit in the future, and my husband said this was by far the best property in which we've ever stayed, and I fully agree. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you Mhari for a wonderful place to call home away from home! Wish we could have stayed a year or longer.

Highly recommend this property! The views and furnishings were even better than the photos. This property has A/C, modern furnishings (as opposed to many Hawaiian condos), high ceilings, and felt very spacious. It has a beautiful lanai that's oceanfront and perfect for evening sunsets. We absolutely will stay here again on our next Kona trip!
