Sea View Apartment

La posizione è eccellente a poca distanza, percorribile a piedi, da una spiaggia davvero molto bella. L'appartamento silenzioso e con un terrazzo fruibile.

Difficoltà a raggiungere l'appartamento per mancanza di indicazioni precise. Il locale, in ottima posizione è però piuttosto trascurato. Infatti, non è stata messa a disposizione una quantità insufficiente di biancheria e altri elementi di consumo che ci si aspetta di trovare in una cucina o in un bagno, per la lunghezza del soggiorno. La stanza da letto soffocante, nonostante l'aria condizionata nell'ingresso/soggiorno. Il materasso, non certo confortevole, coperto da ben due strati di cerata di protezione. Impossibile prendere sonno!

Super clean, great patio, kitchen is well equipped.

We found the place to be too far from centre. You need a car or you have to taxi everywhere.

Loved the terrace and the view. It's an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is simple but with everything you need.

Location and view is great, balcony is a great size, shower has great pressure and hot water is good. There is only 1 air con so you must keep the bedroom door open but it works fine. Kitchen has all the basic utensils.

Bed needs to be changed as others had mentioned, grouting in kitchen and bathroom needs to be re-done black and grimy. This could be easily remedied and would not cost much. Door needs and internal latch or lock to stop kids being able to get out. I had to barricade a buggy in front of it at night. As a single woman with a 3 year old. A lock is a necessity. I didn't feel safe. I didn't know who had the code. More basics should be supplied. Such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and sugar etc. Washing liquid and hand soap were watered down. Only 2 loo rolls for a week. Luckily I brought my own washing powder. But the next guests will have 3 loo rolls i bought them. For a little they could really improve this. Rehang some doors and some grouting and new sealant would do wonders. The bed and plastic sheets were very uncomfortable, hard and also hot. There are breathable waterproof sheets you can get which would have the same benefit but more comfort for guests. The bed does need to go.
