This is a lovely modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the hugely popular development set just behind the near Porto de Mós beach.
The beach is within walking distance, just 700 metres and has 2 wonderful restaurants as well as a gorgeous stretch of golden sand.
The condominium has a beautiful free form pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful landscaped gardens and pool shower. Underneath the building is the garage.
The terraced garden off the living room has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area, making it an ideal choice for those families with children, as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times, while still enjoying the view.
The living /dining room has leather sofas, one of the sofas converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is an additional cost of €5 pppn for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed. There is an HDMI TV, MEO Portuguese Cable and DVD player, Wi-Fi and Air con.
The high quality fitted kitchen is bright and practical, and has the usual 'mod cons', such as washing machine
dishwasher microwave, fridge/freezer etc. A 2nd terrace off the kitchen catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.
The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with hydrotherapy bath and over bath shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and use of the second shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and Air conditioning.

The city walls of Lagos are just 1.9 km from the apartment (a 4 minute drive). From there you can park and walk straight in the town’s Historical centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets. And for golfers, Boavista Golf course just a 3 minute drive will bring you to Boavista Golf course making this apartment an ideal holiday get away for all.

Superb location. Lovely pool area. The property was just a little tired and we had a broken sunbed in the garden area. The beds were very hard.
We loved the location and the pool!
