You can take advantage of the free shuttle that picks up nearby and will take you to these ski resorts or neighboring towns. In the summer, enjoy boating and swimming at Dillon Reservoir, or hike one of the numerous nearby trailheads. Don't forget about the amenities of the rec center!

The downstairs shower doesn’t have hot water. The diverter is broken. No one came to fix it despite numerous emails. Also there was a pair of underwear in one bed. Otherwise nice

The place has everything! The pictures of the view does give it justice. Absolutely amazing view. It’s a perfect place to be close to everything and still have piece and quiet. We loved it!

The house was beautiful and the views were stunning. What we didn’t read, below the glowing description, was that the hot tub was broken. It was just my husband and I, but we were willing to pay the cost of this large house just to have the hot tub. Covid restrictions had all the community hot tubs closed and since I had used HOT TUB as my filter during our property search I assumed it would be in working order. We called the property manager and were told someone would be right out. After waiting two hours, we called back and they said it’s broken, this fact was stated in the property description and no one was coming to look at it. Not that anyone bothered to call and let us know. I went back and read the description which did state the hot tub was broken, but should be fixed by February 21st. Since this was the day after we got there, I emailed the manager asking since it was SUPPOSED to be fixed already would anyone be out to work on it? We got no response until the day we left with the answer being we just got your email and you’re leaving today. So no one is coming. It seemed awfully convenient that they received the email on the very day we were leaving. We have never stayed at such a nice property with such poor service and communication with the property manager. We would love to stay at the property again if the hot tub were fixed and was under new management.
