Casitas Las Flores

We liked the fact that it was really close to the nature and the sounds around were just amazing. We also made a friend in the local cat Rusco (but I mostly think it was because we had a kitchen in our cabin and milk in the fridge). The room was sufficient and the kitchen well - equipped so we could cook ourselves comfortably and then enjoy the evenings on the terrace. We also had our privacy, even though other cabins were right next to ours thanks to all the flowers and trees around blocking the view so we could sit on the terrace, undisturbed.

Although they changed our towels, our room was not cleaned once during our 4 day stay and it was not very clean even when we arrived - the floor was quite dirty, turning our feet black from the bottom. I think it was not there because of the aestetics and the "feeling of being in the nature" but it would be amaying to have an air-conditioning there or an extra fan since it was super humid and all our clothes (even the previously dry and clean) got wet and it was impossible to dry them. The room was also quite dark with poor lighting so it made it difficult for us to read inside or even search for anything in our luggages. We would also love for the manager welcoming us to be nicer and more welcoming since he seemed to be quite unfriendly towards us.

It was a great, immersive jungle stay with all the comforts. It was dreamy, we saw lots of animals - so many sloths, monkeys, various birds, agoutis and i was enjoying my morning coffee while looking at the hummingbirds!

The host greeted me warmly. The kitchen was handy to save a little money. I liked the deep green jungle vibe. Lots of jungle sounds while you drift off to sleep Far back from road so not traffic sounds.

Maybe a little expensive for what it is
