It was like a dream but then some of the victimasaton stuff from UK i.e the girl I enjoyed talking clowns interfered and ruined it for good. Being alone kind of difficult. Some weirdos asking to take their photo with the girl. Castle being turned into some kind of dispute centre from outside people bringing thrash things. The outside renovation got to be done.

Being alone and having issues with payment system i.e alternative ways for vulnerable people to be able to contact their consulate to assist on emergency basis. Too much noise in the morning of bang and people should pay from time of check in and when they check out. Police outside seeing them soaking in sweat with that uniform and BMC building in a state of thrash and Commissioner running around, Railway forget it filled with rough sleepers who needs bed and breakfast, not enough buses, not enough ships or sea police to protect the little ships that wondering in the river. Rickshaw drivers some of them over charging and Uber driver not sure he did the most bizarre thing one could witness.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is excellent.

Facilities like Gym, Spa were non-functional. For a 5 star property, Breakfast and Dinner Buffets were very limited - not upto the expectations and not value for the premium room tariff charged by the hotel. Dinner buffet did not even have any starters. The swimming pool is small and there was a group swimming class in the evening for non-resident children. This made the pool extremely crowded.
