I was in a 5 bunk female dorm. The beds were very comfortable with a light and socket at the end of my bed. Best part was that the top bunks had stairs/steps and not a ladder which made it much easier. Toilet and shower in the room.

The place was completely taken over by staff. It was like living in a volunteer house and they did not make room for the guests, it was their home as the staff live in and I felt like I was imposing constantly. Guests should have priority. They would have meetings in the bar area of around 8 people, all volunteers meeting each other but not aware of the guests around them and some left because of the noise. The communal spaces are also very small, so many guests can't sit or use these spaces as too many staff are there. The kitchen is very small and many of the storage space and boxes are taken up by staff storage. More than once I wanted to cook or make a tea and there were four staff (or more) all around the kitchen counter, only one of them working, the rest were just on breaks and living but they make no room for the guests. The most annoying was when I settled into the cinema room, happy to find it empty, flicking through Netflix to chose something and a man came in and asked if I was going to watch something which I said I was planning to. He said "oh, well there is a group of 5 of us coming in to watch something but you're welcome to join us." Immediately suggesting that I can't watch. But thinking it was a group of tourists and clearly being told I couldn't select what I wanted, they were watching something I didn't like at all I declined but felt pushed out but was being polite to not ruin the plans of 5 people. Only when I was leaving did he say, "Actually it's ok, we live here so can watch it anytime, you watch." - They were a staff group! I was already on my way out and felt imposing so left, I was already fed up with the staff. At this point I'd been traveling Europe for over 6 weeks at this point and I'd not experienced a hostel like it. Very strange way of running things.

It was so clean the staff was nice and friendly. The sleeping pods were cozy and gives you enough privacy to feel comfortable

The room was absolutely clean. Bed was comfor table and the workers were lovely people. I enjoyed my stay.

Windows with noise proof will be great. Restaurant should be added.

Any door is extremely noisy when closing and also any time the tram goes it’s very noisy and whole room vibrates, at least at the bottom room. In that room vas also not possible to open the window and because there is no AC it was a bit hot in there

The idea of the capsule bed is great. other hostels should try this idea. It was easy to sleep in. It was very comfortable, cozy and private. I can highly recommend it. The hostel is close to the train station and other public transport. the location is very good and you can visit the city by walking or using public transport.

Kitchen gets crowded easily.

The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean, all facilities worked. The room was with unusual design which we liked. The hotel has a bar where we had a light breakfast, convenient. The location is about 20-25 minutes walk from the train station, very close to the downtown. We took the tram to go to the beach. There are bike parkings everywhere around, very easy to rent. Charmed with The Hague.

The windows look over the road with the trams passing by. The hotel provides earbuds but they are not really comfortable, luckily I had my own, so I had a quiet night.

The room has enough space for two people, the bathroom was very clean and worked properly. The bed was comfortable and was wide enough to allow two people to sleep very comfortably.

At night it was a bit noisy because of the trams (until they were on service). The pillows were not very comfortable for me (this is very subjective). Lastly, they sell breakfast (croissants and banana bread), however not before 8:30/45.

I loved the vibe, and another plus because we had a bar in the lobby area, and it's really welcoming as you get to chat with other travellers as well! The room itself was clean and spacious! Really loved staying there!

Not much, everything was overall amazing. There wasn't a lift available, so be ready to lift your luggage up. But it wasn't too bad!

It was the first time I stayed in a capsule dorm and I really liked it. Even in a mixed room there is privacy, the space is comfortable and enough for a good night's sleep. The hostel staff are very helpful and friendly, the common areas are clean and well organized. Good shower, with a shelf and hooks to hang things. The reception area is very nice too. The location has good public transport connections and even walking it is easy to get to many places. Would definitely stay again!

As the tram passes right in front, there is a bit of noise at night, but still nothing too disturbing.

We've been here so often now, it almost feels like coming home. The rooms are good-sized and well appointed, with their own special design unique to each single one. The staff is just lovely and extremely helpful. The location of the hostel couldn't be better. It is only a couple of minutes' walk until you are in the middle of the city center.

A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, an excellent lobby with top-notch facilities, outstanding high-speed internet, and a very clean and well-equipped kitchen that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you are traveling alone or with your family, you will truly feel the security, friendly environment, and unforgettable atmosphere of this hostel.

Everything was excellent, and there was nothing negative. A completely satisfying experience that I highly recommend to everyone.
