The room is newly renovated. The lighting was ok. The view was good. Get to see the roof the temple and quiet side of the city. The maid is super nice and always very helpful.

The front desk staff needs to be trained in communication. One morning I call and requested for breakfast, the front desk advised that the breakfast is now moved to 8 am instead of 7am. I then ask if I can have one item and the front desk staff simply said that we did not serve this dish in a long time now. I then cancelled the order so I can go down to the market and find something to eat. 2 min later the staff called to my room and ask if I still want the breakfast since all of the sudden the kitchen offer the dish that he just told me that they have not been serving for a long time! I don’t want to make a fuzz so I just accept the offer. Second is when I want to check out, I know check out time was 1200 (noon) but I have to stay until 5 pm and I am willing to pay extra during that time frame. One staff told me that he will charge 400 bath for half day (normal price is 700 bath per day) but he asked me to just pay in the morning and update my key card. In the morning I went down to pay and a different staff charged me 700 bath instead of 400 bath. He said that he had to charge for a whole day. I have no problem to pay him for that. But a better communication between each other might help! On top of that when I finally check out, the staff from night before tried to hold 400 bath from my 500 bath deposits as half of the day price. I said why did you hold back 400 bath? He said that for the charge of the half day rental. I told him that I already paid this morning and his colleague charged me for a whole day rate for 5 hours extra not 400 as he said. He then said that “no one told me that you have been charged” So this tells me that your staffs need to be trained in a better communication among each other
