Penzion Sonáta

The room is quite spacious. The matrace is OK. The bathroom is reasonably spacious. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and the connection is reasonably stable. On the first floor there is a lounge with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules. Breakfast: The breakfast selection includes a variety of cured meats, both dry and cooked ham, several types of cheese, an excellent pâté, a tomato-and-pepper salad, cereals, bread and rolls, jams, and fresh cottage cheese spreads. The hot dishes vary from day to day, including items such as fried eggs, porridge, sausages, and more. Coffee is available from a self-service machine, and guests can also prepare hot chocolate or tea. The breakfast room also serves as a meeting room, equipped with a projector and a screen. The reception staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet part of Luhačovice. It is almost hard to believe how peaceful and silent the surroundings are.

The furniture is awkwardly arranged. It is obvious that the size and shape of the room were decided first, and only afterwards was the furniture and equipment fitted in. The bed has a footboard as well as a headboard, which can be uncomfortable for taller guests. The mattress itself is comfortable, but the duvet and pillow are far too warm for summer. There is only one wardrobe, which is rather small and not particularly well designed. It has one large hanging section for clothes and just a small shelf at the top, leaving very little space for folded items. There is no luggage rack. The room also has a desk, but the TV is mounted directly above it in a very awkward and inconvenient position. There are two fairly uncomfortable chairs by the desk. A sink, kettle, and refrigerator are provided, along with a microwave oven that was apparently broken. There are no other cooking facilities. The bathroom unfortunately has no bidet and the shower cubicle is very small. This could certainly be improved. The room does not have air conditioning. Parking spaces next to the hotel are limited. Parking is available on the nearby street with a parking permit, although it is unfortunately some distance from the hotel. Unfortunately, at breakfast, there is no orange juice available, only very sweet apple juice and plain tap water. As for the music, the same rather dull CD of Czech evergreen songs was played every single day. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned at all during our stay, and the towels were never replaced.

Velmi jsme si pobyt užili, krásné ubytování, výborné snídaně a velmi přátelský personál. Rádi se vrátíme.

Pouze malinká chybička je placení parkovného. Při ceně apartmánu by mělo být zahrnuto už v ceně.

Páčila sa mi strava , milý personál a poloha ubytovania .

Nedostatok bol v TV kanáloch ktorých bolo málo ,alebo nefungovali vôbec. Madlá na kuchynskej linke by potrebovali menší servis . Pri otvorení skrinky zostalo madlo v ruke .
