The location, 2 mins from the beach, 10 mins walk to the harbour. Friendly helpful owners, arranged a taxi from the port and gave us a lift back, also brought bougatsa one morning, gave us 15% off at his cousin's taverna, thank you.

Arriving in Livadi port and being met by Kyriakos was like meeting an old friend, he was so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The property is not far from the port (approx 15mn walk) and is right next to Livadakia beach which can only be described as Paradise! The apartment was lovely and was equipped with all you could need for a short stay. The views from the balcony overlooked the sea. We found everyone in Serifos Palace so friendly and definitely felt so welcomed it really was like visiting long lost family
