The staff!
Stairs!! There should be lift from ground floor as well , it was too difficult for us to go out with a baby that we stayed in the hotel for our whole stay. Please ensure lift facility for every floor

Location is good, nice view.
Room floors are bit dirty and sticky. And bathrooms were not so clean

Staff was very humble especially Vikram n Pradeep.
When we reached the hotel, the very first day the cleaning was not up to the mark. However on our request, they cleaned the room again so we were satisfied.
