Gut ausgestattetes 1-Raum Appartment mit kleiner, voll funktionstüchtiger Küchenzeile und Küchenutensilien. (Z.B.scharfe Messer, gute Pfanne und Töpfe). Sonnenballkon mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Unterstellraum für die Fahrräder. Sehr nette Besitzer. Brötchen-Service, falls gewünscht. Getränke vor Ort, die man zu kleinem Preis kaufen kann. Ruhige Lage des Demelhofs, mit dem Rad innerhalb von 7 min in Reit im Winkel.Diverse Wanderwege im direkten Umfeld. Premiumwanderweg Klausbachklamm 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wanderparkplatz Blindau in 1o min erreichbar. Restaurant Sonneneck, leckeres Essen, guter Service ca 7 min entfernt.
