About this apartment rental
Beautiful and private two bedroom apartment with garden and jacuzzi in the heart of the historical city center, in the district of Santa Croce, few steps away from the main attractions such as the Duomo, the Accademia and the Uffizi Gallery, short walk distance to supermarket and farmers market.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor - so no worries carrying luggage on the steps. Once you get inside, passed the corridor, you'll be stepping in the open spaced living room with the cooking area, and you'll immediately notice the fully equipped kitchen with a big two door fridge, dishwasher, wide dining table, and the professional gas stove. Right next to the dining table there is a big and comfortable sofa where you can watch TV; From the kitchen you exit the window door which leads you to heaven: beautiful and quiet garden with a hot tub Jacuzzi and a place to sit down and relax after a day of sightseeing and why not, maybe enjoy it with a nice bottle of Chianti; ) The first bedroom was part of the living area, and the previous owner divided it by a glass wall in order to get light from the garden door, so notice that if you have noisy people sharing the house with you, you'll be hearing them. The beds in the bedroom are a queen size bed. Completes the apartment a very nice and spacious bathroom with a big shower - we provide soap, shower gel, towels and of course a hair dryer for the ladies, so no need to pack all this stuff with you. Oh, I forget to tell you about the laundry: there is a washer and a dryer as well so no worries about doing laundry or just refreshing your traveling clothing - we'll provide detergent as well.

This property has every amenity you might be looking for. It is nicely layered out and spacious. The apartment is located on the ground floor which makes it perfect when travelling with suitcases, and has a quaint garden area with a hot tub. Gabriel was a great host.

This apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to everything. It’s also quite spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms do not have windows, but we were aware of that in advance, so it wasn’t an issue for us.One feature we really appreciated was the dryer; definitely a bonus for a stay in Italy, where many places offer washers but not dryers. It made things much more convenient. The bathroom is large, modern, and it was wonderful to have that much space.We didn’t end up using the Jacuzzi, as the evenings were quite buggy outside and we preferred not to risk getting bitten. We also attempted to use the TV, but despite following the instructions, we couldn’t get it to work. The remote provided was a different brand than the one mentioned, which made it a bit confusing. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit of a hassle.Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Gabriel met us out front and helped us unload after a crazy ride from Pisa, Florence airport could not allow us to land. He went over everything and we felt right at home.The place was stocked with everything we might need for a short term stay, we added things because we were there for 3 months. The beds were very comfy, Gabriel added a topper to the big bed to add a bit more comfort. We loved the couch as well. The hot tub was a big plus as it was freezing in Florence in January. The place is on a busy street, but you don't hear any of that in the apartment. Sometimes you can hear a neighbor putting away a bike or something in the basement off the living room bedroom. In general, it is very quiet for the neighborhood and a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the city.The location is incredible, 6 minutes from the Ambrosia mercado, 3 minutes from Conad (groceries), Swan gym down the block and plenty of delicious Pasterceri close by. Anytime we had any issues Gabriel was just a text away. He took care of everything for us, even at the end he ordered a taxi for us to the airport. We definitely want to return to Florence and to this wonderful apartment. Grazie Millie Gabriel for Tutti!!!

My husband and I rented the apartment from May 1 to May 31, 2025. It was expensive and didn’t match its value. The space was on the ground level with a spacious master bedroom (mattress was hard), a second bedroom which lacked privacy for another couple, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, expresso coffee maker, a large wooden kitchen table seated for 6, a large bathroom, and a small washer and dryer. A large comfortable sofa with an accompanied chair and a TV were in the living room. The furniture was worn. The supposedly garden area and patio was too moldy to enjoy. The back garden looked like a deadened forest. The outdoor furniture was unusable due to the mold and fabric disintegration. The canvas covering to the hot tub had holes and leaked. The hot tub area was too dirty to enjoy. I dislike leaving a bad review, but it is important to inform other travelers of any issues. Al The best part of our adventure was Gabriel, the apartment manager. He greeted us upon arrival and helped us with numerous issues. My husband became ill during our stay and Gabriel retrieved a package for his oxygen concentrator, arranged for taxi services, and copied needed paperwork for our plane ride back home. I felt like we had a guide to assist us through the worst of times. Our connection with Gabriel was invaluable.
