A wonderful ski trip to Sauze D'oulx ! Brilliant location beside Sportinia lift!

We loved the location, beside Sportinia and the spaciousness of the apartment!

Almost perfect. Could be perfect if there were additional supplies, such as a tea towel or kitchen cloth/ sponge and washing up liquid, and a can opener.

When the staff had gone to lunch and we had stored our bags in the office but had to catch our transfer, a staff member came back and let us in.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the perfect location; in the square with the bars, restaurants and ski hire shop next door!

The main entrance to the apartments is shared and we found the door was always left open. There was also no where to stand our skis, snowboard and boots. The curtains in the main room were not wide enough to cover the windows so it was light in the room and we also couldn’t find a safe. However, it was fantastic and these didn’t affect our stay.

Location was good and interior design was nice.

They give you options to select an apartment at different prices and then just assign you a random apartment. Paid for balcony with Mountain View and got a view of a wall. There was also mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Sofa couch bed was terrible. Slanted in the middle, they offered to fix, tried once, it didn’t do anything then they ignored second request.

Great location, apartment best for family.

Great location, right next to the lift, short walk into town.

Property is suitable for a family with a great master double room, then a weird mezzanine with 4 single beds, no other furniture, which is open to the lounge below. Not suitable for two couples who both need somewhere to hang clothes/ski gear etc.

Great apartment and location however average service provided by hotel staff (absent at times).

Great location in the middle of town. Could walk to ski lifts each morning without trouble.

Difficulties in picking up AND dropping off the keys. Office was not open on both occasions and no instructions were provided to us. Therefore we waited by the office until someone arrived and had to leave keys in guest room.

The coffee machine didn’t work & the TV reception was very sketchy. Not very convenient for the ski lifts. The estimates for walking times were very optimistic. At least 2 electrical sockets were dangerous and not well secured. The electrics tripped several times - although the handyman came quickly, this was still a real pain - we had to go down 2 flights in the cold and dark. It took very little use of appliances to trip the fuse - one ring on the cooker and the kettle.

Good for family with children, not for group of friends

We really liked the appartment & its location. It is not far 2 main lifts to skiing resorts, near restaurants. Clean, comfortable, kitchen with various amenities, a lot of space. The staff was very helpful and friendly. So it is very good & recommended for people who arrive to enjoy winter sports.

Bedroom was cold, window does not close completely. There is no washing mashine and water in boiler ends very fast, so if you’re a group of adults of 5+ people it is kinda dificult to shower comfortably. Also there is a window between bedroom and second room, so you don’t have enough privacy. And the walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbours talking, listening to music, etc.

Clean & comfortable apartment in a good location . Staff were v good left keys in sister hotel for late check in.

Coffee machine not working was disappointing. I did report it in the office as I was passing but it wasn't fixed/ replaced. This wouldn't stop me returning

the 2nd bathroom had VERY LITTLE water pressure and not any real hot water the 1st bathroom had plenty of hot water the dishwasher was missing even though it was listed as an item for the MAISONETTE no parking allocated to the Maisonette and had to use the hotel in front of it for parking

Comfortable stay in a charming apartment in a very charming little town.

loved the decor and felt so lucky to be staying in such a well-renovated ancient place with lots of charm. Grateful to be offered an upgrade to a larger apartment than we had booked - with lovely balcony and Beautiful views of the mountains. located in the most charming part of Sauze D'Oulx, with plenty of eateries and a supermarket quite close. staff were very friendly and helpful in regard to promptly providing us with extra bedding to better accommodate our group. Apartment was warm and very clean.

coffee machine was broken and despite asking twice for a replacement, this didn't show up. also insufficient toilet paper was provided and not topped up during our stay.

Amazing place, perfect location and comfortable room with accomodating hosts.

The apartment was great quality and we loved the room. Perfect TV, bathroom, bed and kitchen.

It seemed like we couldn’t really adjust the temperature of the room, but we didn’t ask to fix it or try too hard.

Pleasant

Great location, easy and flexible check in and check out, pretty clean.

Apartment was a little tired, not like the ones in the photos. Showers were a bit 'trickly' and not always that hot. Fridge door was broken. We only stayed one night so no big deal and we told the hotel owners. The lighting was very confusing with lots of lights not working.
